Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferred payment 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the buyer.
Delivery terms:For LLC Tambov Bacon, the volume required is 40 tons, supply in July, delivery basis: by motor transport, in bags on pallets, side unloading, to the Tambov Region, Zherdevka, Neplanova St. 1.
Deferred payment 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods to the warehouse of the buyer. Prices must be given with VAT and delivery by truck, on pallets, to our warehouse.

If several offers have the same lowest price per Lot, the bidder will be recognized as the winner of the electronic bidding, the price offer of which was received earlier than other offers, all other things being equal. If the applicant for technical reasons or some other (problems in electricity supply, power surges, lack of Internet, employees are on a business trip) could not be exposed on the electronic platform, his commercial offers by e-mail are not accepted. Everything is only on the electronic platform. Please consider this.

Quality indicators for lactose:
Moisture is not more than 1%, raw sols are not more than 2.5%, lactose is not less than 99%, maintaining processability (flowability, no signs of clumping and caking) during the entire storage period.

The second stage is not planned!
We work on our contract form and applications (in attachment). Also, the winner of the auction will need to provide a complete set of statutory documents (in attachment).
