Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer shall pay by transferring funds to the Supplier's account in the following order: 100% within 60 days after the product arrives at the Buyer's warehouse. Include transportation costs in the Product price.
Delivery terms:The Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and by itself to the Buyer's warehouse. The item delivered must be new, not restored. When shipping goods, it is mandatory to notify the Buyer with copies of: invoices, TRADE-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments:
1. This solicitation procedure is not a competition procedure. The Promoter has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the solicitation process at any time without incurring any liability to the Suppliers.
2. The organizer has the right to change the summing up period if necessary.
3. Offer submission via B2B-Center.
4. Attach a quote with payment terms, terms and terms of delivery.
5. Shipping costs at Vendor's expense.
6. The color is RAL 6018.
7. The vehicle supplied must not contain information about the Seller corresponding to the signs of advertising within the meaning of FZ "On Advertising" of March 13, 2006 No. 38.
8. In the KP, specify the name of the vehicle supplied according to the OTC.
9. The Buyer has the right to request a certificate from the Federal Tax Service body confirming that the Supplier does not have a duty to pay taxes before payment is made.
10. It is mandatory to attach: a full description of the proposed special equipment, vehicle type approval (OTC) according to the vehicle requested.
11. Acceptance of the contract by the Client.
