Ranking of bids
In the course of bidding, a price-based rank (position) shall be assigned to a quotation.
Assignment of the 1st rank (position) to a bid does not imply the bidder's winning, but enhances the bid's preferability for the Buyer when selecting the winner, all other factors being equal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

We ask you to get acquainted with the TK in the attachment to this procedure. You will need to fill out the questionnaire, questionnaires and attach the necessary package of documents (lists in the attachment).

This procedure for requesting proposals is not a contest and its conduct is not governed by articles 447-449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This RFP procedure is not a public tender and is not subject to Articles 1057-1065, Part 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
The Customer also has the right to refuse to make a request for prices at any of the stages, without incurring any material liability to the Members.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
