Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer makes payment by transferring funds to the account of the Supplier in the following order: 100% within 30 days after receipt of the product at the Buyer's warehouse. Transport costs are included in the price of the Products.
Delivery terms:The Supplier delivers the goods at his own expense and on his own to the Buyer's warehouse. The supplied products shall be new and not remanufactured. When the goods are shipped, a mandatory notification of the Buyer with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

Comments:
1. This request for proposals procedure is not a tender procedure. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Suppliers.
2. The organizer has the right, if necessary, to change the term for summing up the results.
3. Submitting an offer through the B2B Center.
4. Attach a commercial offer indicating the terms of payment, terms and conditions of delivery.
5. Dealer status (attach supporting documents).
6. Transport costs at the expense of the Supplier.
7. No additional payments.
8. Strictly according to the declared configuration.
9. The Buyer has the right to demand, before making the payment, to demand from the Supplier the provision of a certificate from the Federal Tax Service confirming that the Supplier has no obligation to pay taxes.
