Payment terms:Оплата за поставляемую продукцию (товар) производится после получения продукции (товара) на складе Покупателя в течение 60 дней с момента получения счета-фактуры, оформленного в соответствии с требованиями НК РФ. ПРЕДЛОЖЕНИЯ С ИНЫМИ УСЛОВИЯМИ ОПЛАТЫ НЕ РАССМАТРИВАЮТСЯ.
Delivery terms:Поставка до склада Покупателя в г. Челябинске. Транспортные расходы по доставке включены в стоимость продукции (товара). Качество поставляемой продукции (товара) подтверждается сертификатом качества (паспортом) предприятия – изготовителя. Заключение договора по форме ООО «Мечел - Материалы» БЕЗ ПРОТОКОЛА РАЗНОГЛАСИЙ.
