Payment terms:
payment of services is made by transferring the customer funds to the account Executive Director, not later than 10 days from the date of delivery of the goods and merchandise invoice signed by the parties in the presence of all necessary documents specified in paragraph 2.7. the Treaty. Primary documents of the customer is provided with the Executive no later than 5 day of the month following the reporting month. In doing so, the customer is obligated to consider the Executive documents (invoices, acts of rendered services and transport documents, bills of lading evidencing sales) within 3 (three) days from the date of receipt of the originals of the invoices, acts of completed works, primary documents.
Delivery terms:
delivery in batches of 8000-10000 litres every two to four days depending on drilling regimes. 1. Availability of permits, licences, certificates for services. 2. Availability of off-road equipment with a capacity of 9000 litres storage tanks and more. 3. The execution of the application not later than 48 hours from the receipt of the application. 4. Readiness to conclude an agreement on all diesel fuel supply conditions of the customer.
