issue 1 in volume in accordance with the summary table
of piles (66-06-22-RD-KZH1, sheet 1) except for 36
piles with numbers:

The total number of manufactured piles is 2639 pieces.
2. Delivery and unloading of piles at the place of work.
During unloading, carry out input
quality control of the supplied piles;
3. Mobilization of all necessary equipment and tools
to the work site in the amount
necessary for high-quality work in
accordance with the GPR;
4. To hammer the delivered piles in accordance
with 66-06-22-RD-KZH1;
5. First of all, to hammer piles
subject to static tests and conduct them.
After that, get permission from the Designer
for mass pile driving;
6. After scoring, provide the customer with a report on
the presence of failures and marks of pile sinking.
7. Static tests should be carried out with a load according
to the instructions of the General Designer and GOST
5686-2020 piles in accordance with the "Table of piles
to be tested" (66-06-22-RD-KZH1, sheet
1)
8. According to the results of static and
dynamic tests, provide
the executive documentation in full.
9. If there are difficulties in driving piles, use
lead drilling with a diameter of 300 mm, the mark of the bottom
of the well is 1 m above the bottom of the pile. The use
of lead drilling should be agreed with the Customer.

Comments:
Special requirements 1. All piles are volynit according to the album of the series 1.011.1-10, issue 1 and
GOST 19804-2012 Group J33. Interstate
standard. Factory-made reinforced concrete piles.
General technical conditions.
2. The number of piles supplied is not less than 100 per day.
A detailed delivery schedule should be attached to the Contract
3. All piles must arrive at the construction site
fully ready for hammering having gained the necessary
strength
4. After driving the piles, it is necessary to test
the test piles with dynamic and static load in
accordance with GOST 5686-2012. Control
test data are provided to the design organization;
5. The maximum deviations of the actual position of the piles in
the plan from the design are ± 6cm for piles 300x300 and
350x350 mm;
6. The maximum deviations of the actual marks of the goals
of the scoring piles from the design ones are ± 3 cm.
7. The maximum deviations of the axes of submerged piles from
the vertical are ± 1% of their length. All deviations
must comply with SP45.13330.2012 Table 12.1.;
8. Piles not submerged to more than 10% of the design
depth, but having given a failure equal to or less than the calculated one,
should be examined to determine
the reasons that make it difficult to dive, and a decision was made on
the possibility of using existing piles or
additional dives;
9. Piles are made of concrete of class B25,
frost resistance grades F100, waterproof grades
W6.
10. During the construction of the facility, be guided by RD-11-
02-2006 regarding the list of acts of inspection of works
and inspection of structures;
11. These working drawings (Appendix A)
are developed from the conditions of work in
the summer period. When carrying out work in winter
, it is necessary to take into account the instructions of the relevant chapters of the joint venture
70.13330.2012 for each type of work;
12. All work is carried out "turnkey" with materials and
by the Contractor. The cost of the work includes the installation
of temporary structures, consumables,
travel expenses, obtaining and developing
the necessary accompanying documents for
the production of works and other costs. Before starting work
, coordinate the PPR with the Customer. During the execution of the work and
after the completion of the work, it is necessary to clean
the territory and remove garbage.
13. Payment of works is made for running meters
of actually driven piles on the basis of executive
documentation and with confirmation by the technical supervision
of the customer
