Payment terms:Payment for the supplied products (goods) is made after receipt of the products (goods) at the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days from the receipt of the invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Chelyabinsk. Shipping costs for delivery are included in the price of the product (goods). The quality of the supplied products (goods) is confirmed by the quality certificate (passport) of the manufacturer.

Comments:
This procedure is not a competition or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all incoming offers without imposing responsibility.

Acceptance of proposals to the Organizer's email address ends 4 hours before the expiration of the request for proposals.
