Payment terms:Payment for the delivered product (goods) shall be made upon receipt of the product (s) at the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements NC RF.
Delivery terms:Delivery to Buyer's warehouse in St. Chelyabinsk. Shipping costs are included in the price of the product (item). The quality of the products (goods) is confirmed by the quality certificate (passport) of the manufacturer. Contract conclusion in the form of Mechel Materials Ltd.It is possible to issue a contract dispute protocol for a Russian resident except paragraphs 3.7, 3.8, 4.8, 3.9, 3.10, 6.7, 6.8, 9.1.2 (2nd paragraph), 9.3 (2nd paragraph), 9.4, Section 10, Section 11, Annex 2. The Promoter has the right to dissent from the Protocol of Disagreement.

Comments:
This procedure does not constitute a tender or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Buyer has the right to refuse all offers received without liability.
It is possible to submit offers via the B2B-Mechel.ru platform from pre-registrants in the System but who have not received an EDC and have not paid to participate in the System.
The submission of proposals to the Organizer's email address is completed within 4 hours before the expiration of the request for proposals.
