1. The Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
