The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Comments:
1. Adoption of the text of the contract the customer
2. This lot is the process of harmonization of prices with the further conclusion of a long-term contract for a period of up to, 31.12.2018.

7. Each consignment of products to be delivered, should have the following original documents:
- certificates of conformity with a blue print or a passport quality with blue printing, product data sheets, as well as other documents which established federal laws, other normative legal acts of the RUSSIAN FEDERATION-1 copies.
- original invoice-1 copies.
- invoice (form Torg-12)-2 copies.
Invoice and packing slip in form Torg-12 transferred to the buyer along with the product.
8. the customer has the right to refuse to conclude a treaty without explanation.
9. delivery will only be made on the actual needs, with the signing of the specifications.
10. payment within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods and the original invoices "Buyer".
11. Participation in the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms of use in full. At the conclusion of the contract in the future treaty text should not be altered.
