Payment terms:Payment for the supplied products (goods) shall be made upon receipt of the products (goods) at the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse in Chelyabinsk. Shipping costs are included in the price of the product (goods). Quality of delivered products (goods) is confirmed by the certificate of Quality (passport) of the enterprise-manufacturer. Conclusion of the contract on the form of LLC "Mechel-Materials" WITHOUT the PROTOCOL of DISAGREEMENTS.

Comments:
This procedure is not a contest or a public offer and is not regulated by art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the RUSSIAN CIVIL code. The Buyer has the right to refuse all incoming offers without imposing liability.
