Payment terms:Payment for the supplied products (goods) shall be made upon receipt of the products (goods) at the Buyer's warehouse, within 60 days of receipt of the invoice issued in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Chelyabinsk. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the product (product). The quality of the supplied products (goods) is confirmed by the quality certificate (passport) of the manufacturer. Conclusion of an agreement in the form of Mechel Materials LLC WITHOUT A DOCUMENT PROTOCOL.
