Payment terms:Payment by cashless transfer within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery of the goods and signing of the goods invoice/UPD. The price of the products offered must be specified taking into account transportation costs, insurance costs, taxes, fees and other mandatory payments.

Comments:
1) The application for participation must contain key information on the goods offered for delivery, terms and time of delivery.
2) Please carefully read the standard version of the supply contract. The participant has the right to offer a protocol of disagreement to be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise, the Participant is considered to agree with the proposed revision.
3) The Customer has the right to amend the Notice of Request for Proposals and the Request for Proposals Documentation at any time before the expiration of the deadline for submission of applications for participation in the Request for Proposals, and also to refuse to conduct the Request for Proposals at any time before it is summarized.
4) The Customer has the right not to conclude the Agreement on the results of the Request for Proposals
5) The request for proposals is not an auction (competition, auction) or a public contest in accordance with articles 447 — 449 of part one and articles 1057 — 1061 of part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Federation, and does not impose on the Organizer and the Customer the obligations established by the above-mentioned articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
