Payment terms:Форма оплаты – безналичный расчёт.
Оплата производится в следующем порядке:
а) авансовый платеж в размере 25 % (двадцати пяти процентов) от цены договора осуществляется в течение 15 (пятнадцати) рабочих дней с момента подписания договора.
б) 70 % (семьдесят процентов) от цены договора уплачивается в течение в течение 15 (пятнадцати) рабочих дней после уведомления о готовности товара к отгрузке.
в) 5% (пять процентов) от цены договора оплачивается в течение 15 (пятнадцати) рабочих дней после подписания Акта выполненных работ.
Delivery terms:Место поставки товара: товар поставляется по месту нахождения заказчика.
Срок поставки товара не должен превышать 60 (шестидесяти) календарных дней со дня оплаты авансового платежа.
