Payment terms:
The price of the goods is given without VAT-20%, but includes all costs of packaging, loading and unloading and delivery of goods to the warehouse of PJSC "Southern Kuzbass" in Mezhdurechensk. The Buyer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account in the following order: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
Delivery of Goods is carried out by the Supplier to the warehouse of PJSC "Southern Kuzbass" .The shipping cost is included in the price of the Goods. The delivery date is the date of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer at the time of signing the consignment note (COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12) at the Buyer's warehouse in Mezhdurechensk. The goods are delivered in batches. The name and quantity of the goods to be delivered in each batch is determined by the Customer according to need and indicated in the bid. The delivery time of the goods is not more than 30 calendar days from the date of sending the bid for the batch of goods. Price fixing until 30.09.2023
The delivered product must be new, not restored.
Comments: A prerequisite for participation in the request for proposals and the conclusion of a supply contract is the availability of a manufacturer status, or existing dealer authority with manufacturing plants. Confirmation of the supplier's status is required immediately after the end of the request with the provision of relevant documents in electronic form.
1. Mandatory attachment to the system of a certificate of conformity, a permit for use, a dealer certificate, a commercial offer, indicating the delivery time and payment terms, a reference list!
2. The warranty period of storage of the supplied Products is at least 12 months in warehouse conditions from the date of manufacture.
4. The quantity can be changed, in case of changes in bids.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice about a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
