Comments: PJSC "VimpelCom" plans to purchase optical fibers (OF) at sites in the city of Nizhny Novgorod in accordance with the statement of work (in the attachment).
In case of interest, the supplier must attach to the site a completed, signed by an authorized person with a seal, the participant's questionnaire in PDF format before the deadline for accepting applications, specified in the announcement.
Please note that your consent to participate in the procurement event of PJSC VimpelCom also means your agreement to the terms of the Privacy Statement, and you will be responsible for non-compliance with the terms of the Privacy Statement in accordance with applicable law.
This invitation does not constitute a notice of an open tender or auction in the sense of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, and, accordingly, does not entail obligations for PJSC VimpelCom under these Articles.
