Payment terms:Payment is made in the following order:
100% of the cost of goods and materials is paid within 30 banking days from the date of signing the consignment note.
Delivery terms:With delivery to the Beregovoye deposit, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug, town. Old Urengoy.

Comments:
The price of goods includes delivery to the village of Stary Urengoy, Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous Okrug.
Due to the urgent need for goods at the facility, quotes should be put out of stock.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure on the letterhead of the enterprise. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).

GSI SNEMA LLC reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure about its results with the exception of the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, as well as to exclude any of the participants in the procedure without giving a reason. Submission of a commercial offer implies acceptance of the terms of the procedure.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
