4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
7. Offer for the execution of works (see the file "Offer for the delivery of goods")
