Payment terms:
Payment for the cost of the batch of products shall be made within 60 days after receipt by the Buyer of invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment form: Cashless payment - Payment order.
Delivery terms:
Delivery is carried out by the road transport of the Supplier. Delivery costs are included in the cost of the batch of products, taking into account the delivery to the warehouse of the Buyer. Delivery time is within 10 days from the date of signing the specification. Contract in the editorial office of OOO Mechel-Materials. The protocol of disagreement is not allowed.

With the supplied products, provide certified quality certificates of the goods issued by the manufacturer, for each item, or one, for the entire batch of goods.

3) Signing of the supply contract in the standard form of OOO Mechel Materials, without the protocols of disagreements (see attachment);
4) This procedure is not a tender or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The organizer of the request for proposals shall have the right to refuse all proposals received, without bearing any material liability to the Participants.
