Payment terms:The Buyer makes the payment by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account in the following order: 100% of the value of the goods – within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of acceptance of the entire batch of goods from the Carrier in the Buyer's warehouse. The shipping cost is included with the price of the Goods.
Delivery terms:The Supplier delivers the goods at its own expense and on its own to the Buyer's warehouse. Availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods. The delivered product must be new, not restored. Delivery time of the Goods: December 2023 (as early as possible). When shipping the goods, the Buyer must be notified with the provision of copies of: invoices, COMPETITIVE BIDDING PROCESS-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier. The Supplier ensures 100% fulfillment of the Customer's bid (assortment and quantity).
