Comments:
This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse all forthcoming offers without liability.
It is possible to submit offers via the B2B-Mechel.ru electronic site from pre-registered with the System, but who have not received EDI and who have not paid for participation in the System.
Acceptance of offers to the Organizer's email address is completed 4 hours before the end of the request before the expiry date
