Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Supplier offers a payment option. Payment of 100% upon delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse within 20 calendar days is a competitive advantage.

The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, must upload the following documents to the system:
1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Tax registration certificate.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
7. Proposal for the performance of work (see the file "Proposal for the supply of goods")
