Payment terms:Payment for the supplied products (goods) is made after receipt of the products (goods) at the Buyer's warehouse within 60 days from the receipt of the invoice, drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:Delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Chelyabinsk. Shipping costs for delivery are included in the price of the product (goods). The quality of the supplied products (goods) is confirmed by the quality certificate (passport) of the manufacturer. Conclusion of an agreement in the form of OOO Mechel-Materials WITHOUT A PROTOCOL OF DISCUSSION.
