Auto-extension

Payment terms:
The payment term is offered by the Supplier. Payment of 100% upon delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse within 20 calendar days is a competitive advantage.
Delivery terms:
The supplier indicates the delivery time in his quotation. Delivery of the Goods to the Buyer's warehouse located at the address (Rostov Region, Novocherkassk, ul. Aluminum platform, OAO EPM-NEZ) is carried out by and at the expense of the Supplier.
Comments: The participant who participated in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obligated to upload the following documents to the system:
1. Articles of Association (with all the amendments, if any).
2. Certificate of the state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from USRLE.
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with tax authority stamp of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the powers of the person authorized to sign the documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
