5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's mark of acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
7. Proposal for the execution of work (see the file "Proposal for the supply of goods")
