Services to be submitted:
1. printing;
2. by TT distribution;
3. marking;
4. Delivery;
5. Montage demontage.
To conclude the contract, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Articles of Association and Memorandum Copy
2. State registration certificate copy
3. Certificate of Record in the Uniform State Register of Legal Entities, issued by the Tax Inspectorate (TIN and BIN) Copy
4. Certificate of Incorporation issued by the tax authority no earlier than 30 calendar days prior to the date of discharge; Copy
5. Minutes of general meeting (shareholders) of a company or decision of the sole member (shareholder) of the counterparty on appointing the director of the counterparty (the specimen signature.) Copy
6. Accounting reporting form 1 and 2 in the last year closed copy
7. The current lease agreement for office space (with payment orders the first and last under the contract) Scan

These trades are the internal procedure of the selection of the contractor, supplier, executor, and should not be considered as trading in the sense of the requirements of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code and the Federal Law "On Protection of Competition".
