Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Priority payment option: 100% payment within 60 calendar days from the delivery of the goods to the buyer's warehouse (industrial site of the Novosibirsk Electrode Plant). Other payment options are considered, the assessment of which will be given in conjunction with other delivery conditions (total cost, terms, etc.). Prices shall include the cost of transportation to the buyer's warehouse, packaging and other additional costs.

In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of the Supplier independently fulfilling delivery obligations, including, but not limited to: extract from the staffing table with copies of employment contracts of persons involved in the performance of work, information on the ownership or right of lease: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case none of the said documents are provided, the Customer has the right to reject the proposal (offer).
