Contractor. The cost of the work includes the delivery of equipment and
materials to the facility, the installation of temporary structures,
consumables, travel expenses, cleaning and
garbage collection, obtaining and developing the necessary related
documents for the production of works and other costs. It is possible
to replace the materials of the designated manufacturers with similar
ones while maintaining the original characteristics.
The duration of the work is 3 days (from 06/23/2023 to 06/25/2023)
. All work performed must comply with the requirements
of environmental, epidemiological, sanitary and hygienic,
fire safety standards in force on the territory of the Russian
Federation and ensure a safe life and health of people.
After the completion of the work, the Contractor submits to the Customer for
consideration and approval the executive documentation in
printed and electronic form (originals of passports and certificates
of installed equipment and materials used during
the work) in the following format:
• On paper - discarded volumes folded in
A4 format in the 1st copy;
• In electronic form - on 2 (two) electronic media (USB
flash card, etc.), graphic and text material strictly in
editable format in the form of WORD, EXCEL, AutoCAD files
(DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, DWG formats);
• In electronic form - on 2 (two) electronic media (USB fleshcard, etc.), graphic and text material in the form of a single
file formed as a multi-page PDF file.
PDF files (version not lower than 1.7) of Adobe Acrobat
(version 8.0 and higher) with the creation of bookmarks on the table of contents and on the full
list of tables and drawings, drawings and other types of data.

The formation of documentation on the principle of "one
page / one drawing - one file" is not allowed.
The electronic version of the project is formed on the basis of individual
documents in the original (source) file formats,
used by the developer to create project documentation.
The graphic and text files can additionally be
scanned with a resolution of at least 300 dpi for A4, A3,
A2 formats (including multiple formats) and at least 400 dpi for A1 formats,
AO (including multiple formats).
The content of the generated document and the form of their presentation
(design of books and layout of drawings) should be such that when
their printing was ensured that the paper copy
of the document fully corresponded to its original (including in scale and color
scheme), without any additional actions on the part
of the user.
The intermediate results of the work can be transmitted in
the form of documentation made on paper and / or in
electronic form by sending electronic documentation (by
e-mail, WhatsApp, file transfer on disks, etc.).

1) Working and executive documentation, certificates
of conformity for fire safety, issued together with
the acts of work performed properly in
full in accordance with current legislation,
agreed with copyright and technical supervision and accepted
