Payment terms:
The total estimated cost is indicated in the Calculation of the cost of repair of non-public railway tracks and relocations of JSC "Beketovskoye PJZhT" for 2019, calculated on the basis of the planned need for work and local resource estimate for the repair of railway crossings, calculations of the average repair cost of 1 km railway tracks of non-public use, major repairs of 1 km of non-public railway tracks, local resource estimates for repair of switch points and change of arrows ary translation.
The actual value will be determined as the amount of Acts issued by the parties for the period of validity of this agreement on the acceptance of completed works of the COP-2 form. The actual value of the contract may differ from the planned one, which will not be considered as a violation by the Customer of the conditions.
The contractor draws up estimates using collections for the repair of technological equipment and repair and construction work, the collections of GESN, GESNm, GESNr, GESNp-2001 in the edition of 2001.
Settlements are made on the basis of signed by the authorized representatives of the parties of acceptance certificates of the executed works on form No. КС-2, as well as billed invoices, within 30 calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the said acts. In the event of a reasoned refusal of the Customer to sign the Acceptance of Acceptance Act, the parties draw up a bilateral Act specifying the deficiencies identified and the deadlines for their elimination.
Form of payment - cashless settlement, by transfer of funds to the Contractor's settlement account, with the date of payment being considered the date of writing-off of funds from the Customer's current account. The Contractor is obliged to expose and present to the Customer within 5 days from the date of performance of work invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the current tax legislation of the Russian Federation.
Delivery terms:
The works are carried out on the basis of the Certificate of admission to a certain type or types of work that affect the safety of capital construction facilities.
Prior to commencement of work, the Contractor shall provide and agree with the Customer a project for the production of works. The composition of the PPR includes a schedule (schedule) of work. The contractor performs the work in accordance with the given schedule.
