Payment terms:
Calculations are made monthly based on the amount of work performed as of the 25th day of the reporting month, based on documents confirming the acceptance of work for the reporting month, in the following order:
- 50% of the cost of the work specified in the documents approved by the Customer in the form KS-2, KS-3, the Customer pays no later than 15 (fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer forms KS-2, KS-3 for the paid month and submission by the Contractor invoices, invoices drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation,
- 43% of the cost of work, the Customer pays no later than 3 (three) months from the date of signing by the Customer forms KS-2, KS-3 for the paid month and submission by the Contractor of an invoice, invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation;
- 6.5% of the cost of work ("reservation amount"), the Customer pays after 15 (Fifteen) working days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the work performed under the contract, subject to the commissioning of the Object, transfer of all residential and non-residential premises that are part of the Facility, the Customer's Customer Service Department, participants in shared construction, or other purchasers of premises and the operating organization;
- payment of 0.5% of the cost of work ("guarantee amount"), the Customer pays after the warranty period for the result of the work.
