Before preparing a Commercial Offer, it is MANDATORY to make an INTRODUCTORY VISIT to the Construction Site.
The tender procedure is carried out in 2 stages:
STAGE 1 - Collection of commercial offers
Download the ETC. (initial bidding documentation), fill out the Technical and Commercial Proposal form of the FGC Group of Companies and send it to the employee responsible for the tender to the email address KuhtinaNM@fsk.ru and/or a completed Commercial Proposal in xls format to the B2B site.
PAY ATTENTION to the mandatory detailed filling of the tender conditions in the Technical and Commercial Proposal form.
Up to the 2nd stage of the stage, companies that have been accredited by the FGC Group of Companies will be admitted (https://fsk.ru/about/tenders ) and submitted Commercial Proposals that meet the requirements of the Terms of Reference.
STAGE 2 - Conducting an online competitive bidding process at the B2B-Center E-Marketplace among companies accredited in the FGC Group of Companies that took part in the 1st stage of the tender procedure.
Within the deadlines set after the 1st stage, it is necessary to upload the final Commercial Proposal to the B2B-Center site in xls and pdf format, certified by the signature of the Director General and the seal of the organization, taking into account possible comments worked out after the preliminary stage.
The offer price on the site must correspond to the data specified in the Commercial Proposal submitted by the Bidder in the uploaded documentation.
Proposals without a downloaded Technical and Commercial Proposal file will NOT be considered.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that the procedures conducted by the Call for Bidding Department of FGC Group LLC on the B2B platform are carried out on the basis of a request for proposals: according to the system regulations, the Bidder who meets the requirements of the request for proposals and offers the best conditions for the execution of the contract according to the set of criteria established by the documentation of this request for proposals becomes the winner of the request for proposals. (Regulations of the B2B-Center Platform System, Chapter 8, clause 8.10.1)
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
