Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.

The supplied products in their quality must strictly comply with the current GOST, technical specifications. The products must be accompanied by a passport and/or a certificate of quality and, also, a certificate of conformity.
