Payment terms:Product cost includes the delivery to the buyer's warehouse. Payment of the Products by the Buyer by transferring funds to the payment order to the account of the Supplier upon complete performance of obligations by the Supplier within 45 (forty five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the supplier of products and a complete set of documents: DFC, expense, invoice, waybill copies of quality certificates or technical passports. This prevents the application of the provisions of Article 317.1. Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
