The request for proposals is not a type of bidding and does not fall under the regulation of articles 447-449 of part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The notification is an invitation to suppliers to make offers to the organizer of the request for proposals.
The application for participation is an offer of a potential participant of the request for proposals. At the same time, the organizer of the request for proposals does not have the obligation to conclude a contract based on its results.

Обязательные требования::- Полотна должны быть выполнены из 100% хлопчатобумажной, негорючей ткани синего цвета, плотностью не менее 420гр/м2, соответствующей нормам пожарной безопасности Г2, В2, Д2, Т2 (методы определения способности тканных и нетканных текстильных материалов сопротивляться воспламеняемости и устойчивому горению и оценки их огнезащитности по ГОСТ Р 50810-95;
 Продукция – в соответствии с техническим заданием;
 Предоставление сертификатов соответствия продукции;
 Предоставление коммерческого предложения с указанием срока действия ценового предложения, в том числе затраты на логистику.
