Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The first payment (advance payment) is 10%, paid by the Customer within five working days from the date of conclusion of the contract
The second payment of 40% is paid by the Customer after the analysis of the package of documents by the Contractor
The third payment of 23% is paid by the Customer after the Contractor submits the generated set of registration dossier and receives the incoming number of Roszdravnadzor
The fourth payment of 10% is paid by the Customer after a positive examination of the first stage and receipt from Roszdravnadzor of a referral (Permission) for clinical (medical) trials.
The fifth payment of 17% is paid by the Customer after receiving a copy of the registration certificate
