Comments: 1) When issuing a Commercial Proposal, you must specify:
- the cost of the goods
- terms of payment
- delivery dates.
2) The supplied products must be new, have a warranty.
3) Certificates of conformity, quality certificates (other documents confirming quality) must be attached to the products

4) Suppliers who have won the tender of proposals for the first time need to conclude a standard contract with the buyer.
5) Proposals of Bidders that do not correspond to the subject of Call for Bidding (i.e. equivalents), unless otherwise specified in the bidding documentation, will not be considered.
6) The tender organizer reserves the right to select several winners, dividing the delivery of the specified quantity of goods at its discretion and without explanation among several potential suppliers-Bidders of the competitive procedure.
