1. Charter (with all additions and changes, if there were any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of registration for tax registration.
4. Extract from Unified State Register of Legal Entities
5. Balance sheet as of the last reporting date with the tax authority's acceptance mark.
6. Documents confirming the authority of the representative to sign documents:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
7. Proposal for work (see "Proposal for the supply of goods" file)
