where the price per base ton of CBT - 60% is calculated:

1. Мн - average value of the quotation "Manganese min. 99.7% electrolytic manganese flake MB free market $ per tonne in warehouse "in the 2 months preceding the Metall Bulletin shipment month;
2. 0.87 - the proportion of manganese in the filler;
3. 0.60 - wire filling factor;
4. Rate - the rate of the RF Central Bank dollar for 2 months preceding the month of shipment.
5. MT is the average monthly value of metal producers' price quotations for 2 months preceding the month of shipment for cold-rolled sheet RUB / t without VAT, according to the website Metaltorg.ru;
6. 0.40 is the share of tape in the cost of wire.
7. K - coefficient, which includes the costs of nitriding, customs duty (if necessary), transportation, production redistribution, production losses.

If the price deviates from the current level by more than + -20%, the parties have the right to come up with a proposal to revise the pricing formula.
