The goods must comply with the specifications of the Buyer (see the attached documentation).
Required documentation:
a) Charter of the company (not requested from the SP);
b) Copies of certified financial statements (in case the company prepares financial statements) for the last reporting period (accounting balance and income statement for 2017) and certified tax returns (for VAT, income tax, USN) for the latest reporting the period at the time of reporting;
c) Certificate of tax registration;
d) Certificate of registration in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (Unified State Register of Legal Entities) or EGRIP (for individual entrepreneurs);
e) Document (order, order, power of attorney, bank card) confirming the right to sign and sample signatures of the manager, chief accountant or authorized persons signing financial documents (including invoices, invoices);
e) Certificate of the absence of tax arrears from the tax inspectorate (Certificate of tax debt for the purposes of the tender must be received no more than 1 month at the time of the tender);
g) Protocol (decision, order) on the appointment (election) of the head of the organization;
h) Certificate of title or lease agreement for office space at the actual location;
i) Information on the average number of employees for the previous calendar year (form KND 1110018).

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
