Comments:
The proposal must be irrevocable, firm and fixed, the price must include all costs associated with the implementation of the proposal, including transport to the company's warehouses in St. Petersburg, travel and other overhead costs, as well as all taxes and other obligatory payments.

A scanned copy of the commercial offer must be uploaded to the site and contain the following information: name and legal form, INN, CAT, legal and actual addresses of the organization - supplier.

When forming a commercial offer, please consider the following requirements:
1. Supplied products must comply with the requirements of the technical specifications.
2. The price of a set of equipment should include the cost
- a set of spare parts and consumables for 6,000 hours of machine operation;
- a set of wearing parts (tips for combustible gases - acetylene and natural gas) for 2,000 operating hours of the installation.
3. A portable machine for automatic gas cutting must meet current Russian and international requirements for occupational safety, industrial safety and environmental protection.
4. Acceptance of equipment at the Buyer's factory. Acceptance is carried out on samples provided by the Buyer.
5. Commissioning of equipment is carried out by the Seller at the Buyer's plant.
6. Terms of delivery:
DDP at the sites of PJSC Power Machines, St. Petersburg:
- 188661, Leningrad region., Vsevolozhsk district, der. New Devyatkino, PC TAG
7. Terms of payment: payment upon delivery 60 calendar days (preferred)
8. Delivery time - October 2019.
Additionally indicate:
- equipment manufacturing period;
- terms of packing equipment and preparation for shipment;
- transportation time to St. Petersburg;
- terms of commissioning and commissioning of equipment
9. The term of the warranty on the equipment - at least 24 months.
10. Conclusion of a supply contract according to the standard form of PJSC Power Machines;
In addition to the above, you have the right to provide any other information and documents confirming your business reputation, experience and financial stability. The information you provide for participation in a competitive choice is not transferable to persons who are not involved in a competitive choice or to other participants.
PJSC Power Machines reserves the right to reject the offer if:
• the participant has not submitted a proposal within the specified period;
• the information provided by the participants was incorrect or incomplete;
• the company - participant is in the process of liquidation or reorganization, or a case against bankruptcy is filed on it.

Supplier selection will be made, taking into account various criteria: price, delivery time, payment terms, work experience.

According to the results of a competitive choice, a company will be determined, with which a contract will be concluded for the supply of portable machines for automatic gas-oxygen cutting.
