the present request for proposal has been transmitted in accordance with the rules of organizer of Tender tender, within the framework of the implementation of the procedures for requesting bids, which (as by a tender) does not constitute an offer, auction or competition and it is not governed by art. 447-449 CIVIL CODE, as well as the competition is not public and not governed by art. 1057-1065 CIVIL CODE.
The commercial offer, you must attach the following documents:
a copy of the articles of Association)
б) balance sheet for the last reporting period; a copy of the certified financial statements and certified tax returns in the last quarter before the submission of documents;
b) copy of certificate of State registration;
g) a copy of a tax registration certificate;
d) a copy of the licenses/certificates of quality (compliance);
e) a copy of the order (power of attorney) to the persons authorized to sign treaties;
f) an official letter on absence of circumstances, obstacles to participation in the tender;


Without providing all of the above documents, the Organization for the tender is not allowed.
