Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the supplier's account within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods in the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd. The cost of delivery is included in the price of the shopping center.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out to the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd, 3-4 weeks with the possibility of early delivery from the date of signing the specification. The supplier is obliged to ensure the integrity of the package and the safety of transportation.

Comments:
Individual IGS are designed to ensure the safety of workers whose production processes are associated with the possibility of releasing flammable, toxic and other dangerous gases into the atmosphere, as well as lack or excess of oxygen.

In case of non-compliance with the requested parameters (T/W), the Competitive Bidding Process organizer reserves the right not to consider the submitted bid.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, before bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of the products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
5. BE SURE to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.

Note: this request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
