Payment terms:Payment for the goods under this Agreement is carried out within 10 (ten) working days from the date of signing by the Supplier and the Buyer of the relevant documents confirming the fact of delivery of the goods under this Agreement (TORG-12 consignment note, invoice and / or other unified transfer documents) without comments , based on the invoice. The cost of the paid goods is set in Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement

Requirements
1. Coordination with the customer of the proposed fabrics.
2. Sewing samples before starting the main volume to work
3. Providing a dimensional grid along with an offer
4. Providing a package of documents in scanned copies according to the attached list.
5. The winner must make 50% of the total volume of polo shirts according to the agreed sample by 01.10.21
6. You can offer your own options for fabrics similar to those indicated in the request, but be sure to adhere to the declared color.

I attach a list of documents, a draft agreement, and a logo to the terms of reference.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
