Comments: The price shall include delivery to the central warehouse of OOO GSI SNEMA 450057, Ufa, ul. Maykopskaya, d. 67. After receiving commercial proposals from contractors, the Customer (LLC "GSI SNEMA") has the right to request samples for further determination of the quality of the finished product. Ready-made samples of costumes must be provided within 14 days.
All additional terms of the Agreement are specified in the Specifications.
1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Prior to the moment of opening the envelopes, it is necessary to attach the proposals of the applicant and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the proposal and the file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the stamp of the organization participating in this procedure In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Supplier shall be either product manufacturer, or official dealer of the manufacturer or a distributor (participant shall provide the confirming documents together with the commercial proposal).
4. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. LLC GSI SNEMA reserves the right not to inform the participants of the procedure of its results, except for the winner, to cancel the procedure or its results, and also to exclude any of the participants in the procedure without giving a reason. Submission of technical and commercial proposals implies acceptance of the terms of the procedure.
