Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Delivery terms:The procedure will take place in two steps:
1. Request for Prices and Questions
2. Examination of product samples
1) A Supply Contract is concluded with the Seller according to the Buyer's standard form, if necessary with the signing of the Disagreement Protocol
3) Prices are excl. VAT
4) Delivery to the restaurant at the vendor's expense.
5) The prices offered during the request for proposals must be fixed per batch
6) TK attachments for Rosinter Restaurants' Il Patio and Planet Sushi concept
