Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension

Delivery terms:The procedure will take place in two stages:
1. Request for quotations and offers
2. Consideration of product samples
1) A supply agreement is concluded with the Seller according to the standard form of the Buyer, if necessary, with the signing of a protocol of disagreements.
2) Delivery to the Buyer's warehouses is carried out by the Seller. The price must include shipping costs. A list of restaurants is attached.
Delivery is also required to REGIONS and franchised restaurants (list attached).
3) Specify prices without VAT
4) Delivery to the restaurant is free
5) Prices offered during the request for proposals must be fixed for a specific batch
6) In the attachment of the technical specification for sewing uniforms for chefs of the Il Patio and Planet Sushi concept of Rosinter Restaurants

1. Please read the Terms of Delivery (mentioned above) and the Terms of Reference more closely, analyze and indicate prices in accordance with our terms.

The TOR gives the volumes for the company's corporate restaurants, but the supplier will sew uniforms for franchised restaurants as well.
Accordingly, the volumes will double.
