The participant has the right to submit an offer for one / several / all lots.
The winner will be selected from the three lowest-priced Participant Services based on a comprehensive assessment of the KP. The commercial proposal is to be attached in an editable RFP format. Additional materials and commercial proposal with signature and seal will be requested separately.

This procedure is not an offer or a public offer of the Initiator.
The initiator has the right to conduct any number of clarifying requests and clarifications of requirements, has the right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the participants in the procedure.
The announcement of the winner does not impose an obligation on the Initiator of the procedure to conclude an agreement.
