Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The buyer shall pay for each delivery of the goods within thirty (30) calendar days after the Supplier delivered the consignment, the Buyer obtaining copies of certificates of conformity, certified by the supplier duly executed: consignment note TORG-12, the original invoice and the invoice, as well as documents confirming the authority of the person signing these documents on behalf of the Supplier (orders, powers of attorney, etc.), certified by the Supplier properly (with the words "true copy" authorized signature and seal of the supplier).

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
