Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The Buyer pays for each delivered consignment of goods within 15 (fifteen) working days after the Supplier has transferred the delivered consignment of goods, the Buyer receives copies of the certificates of conformity, certified by the Supplier, duly executed: the TORG-12 consignment note, original invoice and invoice, and also documents confirming the authority of the person to sign the specified documents on behalf of the Supplier (orders, powers of attorney, etc.), duly certified by the Supplier (with the inscription "Copy is correct", the signature of an authorized person and the seal of the Supplier).

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
